Teens charged with breaking into mayor's home
Ryan Allen Barefoot, Emmanuel Myles, and Quadarius Webb face felony charges

DUNN, NC (WTVD) -- Three Harnett County teenagers are accused of breaking into the Johnston County home of Dunn Mayor Oscar Harris.

Harris reported the burglary January 5 at his home on Highway 242 South of Benson.

Investigators said five commemorative pistols, two TVs, and coins were stolen.

Now, Ryan Allen Barefoot, 20, of Daddy Lane, Dunn, Emmanuel Dewayne Myles, 19, of N. King Avenue, Dunn, and Quadarius Raquain Webb, 18, of S. Washington Avenue, Dunn are all charged.

They face eight felonies each including five counts of larceny of a firearm, breaking and entering, larceny, and conspiracy.
