Tips lead to arrest of suspected up-skirt peeper in Raleigh
Police say man used a mobile phone to take a photo or video up the skirt of a female victim.

RALEIGH (WTVD) -- The Raleigh Police Department said Thursday that tips from media coverage has led them to a suspect in an up-skirt peeping incident.

Pierre Ulysses Coley, 26, is charged with felony secret peeping.

Coley allegedly used a cell phone to take a picture or video up a woman's dress on Oct. 12 at a Super Target store in the 7900 block of Old Wake Forest Road, near the Triangle Town Center area in Raleigh.

Raleigh police released a surveillance photo from the store shortly after the incident last month in an effort to identify him.

Coley was also charged with secret peeping in March 2013 in Wake County. According to arrest warrants, Coley listed his then-address as a local homeless shelter. He also faced peeping allegations in the Nash/Edgecombe County area in 2012.
