CARY, N.C. (WTVD) -- A driver is facing charges after his truck plowed into a Cary restaurant early Friday morning.
It happened around 2:30 a.m. at Ruckus Pizza on Tryon Woods Drive in the Tryon Village shopping center, off Walnut Street and Tryon Road in Cary.
Authorities said 26-year-old Timothy Fahey of Cary lost control of his truck as he went around another vehicle in the parking lot.
The truck then plowed into the outdoor seating area of Ruckus Pizza. No one was in the area at the time.
The building is okay, but will be be inspected later Friday morning to determine the damage.
Fahey has been charged with DWI.
