SEATLLE -- A Transportation Safety Administration agent is accused of taking explicit photos of female passengers without their knowledge.
The 29-year-old man was allegedly caught hanging out under an escalator during his break at Seattle's Sea-Tac Airport, taking pictures up a woman's skirt. He was arrested Tuesday and now faces felony voyeurism charges, KOMO reports.
The TSA agent was already under investigation, after a passenger reported an earlier incident.
"I saw this bright light and I noticed it was his phone, and he was holding his phone down by his knee. He was trying to take a picture upskirt of this woman. By the time I realized that was what was going on, they were gone," said John Comes, a witness.
The TSA released a statement Wednesday:
"TSA does not tolerate illegal, unethical or immoral conduct. When such conduct is alleged, TSA investigates it thoroughly. When appropriate, TSA requests that it be investigated by a law enforcement authority. When an investigation finds that misconduct has occurred, the appropriate action is taken."
Investigators hope other possible victims will come forward.
