RALEIGH, N.C. (WTVD) -- A Holly Springs man, 60-year-old Ronald Baker, faced a judge for the first time Friday, charged with having child pornography on his computer.
But it wasn't the first time that Baker has faced a judge.
The 60-year-old has twice been to prison for molesting children, the first time more than 30 years ago. He was most recently released from prison in 2003.
Baker currently lives in a trailer outside the Wake County town of Holly Springs.
His home is within sight of a "children playing" sign.
If convicted of these most recent charges, Baker (who is being held on a three quarters of a million dollar bond) could go back to prison for as much as 49 years.
