Wilson police investigate shooting on Ward Boulevard

WILSON, N.C. (WTVD) -- Wilson police are investigating a shooting that left one man injured.

It happened around 1:15 p.m. Saturday in the 5000 block of Ward Boulevard.

When officers arrived they found a man who had been shot. The victim was transported to Vidant Medical Center for treatment. There's no word yet on his condition.
