RALEIGH (WTVD) -- Authorities are searching for two suspects in connection with a shooting that injured a woman and a 10-month-old girl in the parking lot of an apartment complex in Northeast Raleigh Monday night.

It happened around 11:30 p.m. at Courtney Place Apartment Homes in the 4700 block of Courtney Lane, off of Louisburg Road, near Capital Boulevard.

When police arrived, they found the 26-year-old woman with a wound on her right shoulder and the 10-month-old girl with non-life-threatening lacerations to her head that, police said, were likely related to glass shattered by gunfire.

Both were inside a car with a 26-year-old man when they were injured. Authorities said the man was believed to be the target, and was not injured. The three were waiting in the parking lot to meet another man, according to officials.

Authorities are currently looking for two suspects in connection with the shooting.

One is described as an African American man with a dark complexion who stood about 5' 10" to 6' tall and weighs about 200 pounds. He had dreads, was shirtless, and may have been driving a dark blue Chrysler 300.

The second suspect is described as an African American man who stood about 6' to 6' 2" tall. He was seen wearing a fitted T-shirt.
