Julia Roberts lists Hawaiian estate for $29.85 million

Here's one Oscar-worthy Hawaii home.

Julia Roberts listed her 2 acre Hawaiian estate for $29.85 million, according to the Pacific Business News. The Pretty Woman and Erin Brockovich star purchased the home in 2011 for $13.4 million, according to ABC News.

The home, built in 1946, has seven bedrooms, four bathrooms, and up to 9,000 square feet for more buildings and a pool. Located in Hanalei, Hawaii, the estate features 200 feet of beachfront, and is also available for rent starting at $350 per night. Chuck Norris and Mark Zuckerberg have also reportedly purchased in the area recently, according to Pacific Business News.
