DURHAM (WTVD) -- February is Black History Month, and this weekend the Hayti Heritage Center in Durham celebrats with its annual film festival.
Starting Thursday, February 11 and running through Saturday, February 13, the Center will show more than 20 movies, and includes a wide range of subjects range. Discussions are scheduled after many of the films.
All the films will screen in the Hayti Heritage Center's performance hall. Admission is free, but a donation is suggested. The Center is located at 804 Old Fayetteville Road in Durham.
