HOLLY SPRINGS, N.C. (WTVD) -- Our ABC11 Together initiative is shining light on a fundraiser held for a 3-year-old girl with a rare type of cancer.

Little Amber Lunn has cancer called Retinoblastoma in her eye.

Since our last story, Amber has received a prosthetic eye but is still battling the disease.

She still has to take special trips to New York for treatments.

As you can imagine, her medical bills are not cheap.

Saturday, the Holly Springs Police Department sponsored a special fundraiser for her at Crossfit Zeal and outside My Way Tavern.

"It has been a change of life for us. It's rough sometimes, we do have a lot challenges we face, but you can't help but look at the little girl be so resilient and think if she can do it we can do it," said Scott Lunn, Amber's dad.
