Last summer Always released an ad that begged the question: Why is 'like a girl' an insult?

Now they're taking it a step further by asking: Why isn't it a compliment?

The ad proposes that it should be a compliment to do anything "like a girl" -- including sports traditionally associated with boys, like hockey and dirt biking. It shows girls excelling in a variety of sports and activities and proudly claiming they're doing it "like a girl."

This ad is the follow-up to the original "Like A Girl" ad that has garnered more than 56 million views on YouTube.

In that ad, people were asked to perform an action and then to perform it "like a girl." They reflected on why that phrase makes them do something differently and in many cases to purposefully do it worse.

The spot was updated and aired as a Super Bowl ad in February.

The original ad was one of many recent commercials by various companies that challenged the messages we send young girls, and it has been called one of the most viral ads of 2014.
