RALEIGH -- People who enjoy Raleigh's parks and greenways say they need some major upkeep and renovations. Some say they are worn down, outdated, and even dangerous.
However, the city's park budget doesn't have a lot of room for major improvements.
So the city is turning to the voters to approve a $92 million bond referendum.
