Lawyer: Duke's Sulaimon not being investigated by university

DURHAM (WTVD) -- An attorney for Rasheed Sulaimon spoke to ABC11 about the scandal surrounding the former Duke basketball player.

His attorney says Sulaimon is not currently under investigation by the university.

The campus newspaper, The Duke Chronicle, reported earlier this week that two women accused Sulaimon of sexual assault but did not report the allegations to law enforcement.

The article indicated that Coach K knew about the allegations a year ago.
