Tom Brady relying on rest and garlic as he battles cold ahead of Super Bowl

New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady confirmed on Wednesday that he was currently suffering from a cold.

Brady sniffled while speaking to the media on Wednesday morning, repeatedly wiping his nose on the sleeve of his shirt, ESPN reports.

"I've had it for four to five days, my kids got sick and my wife's pretty sick right now," the New England Patriots star quarterback said. "I brought it, unfortunately, to Phoenix, but I'll be fine. I'll be good," Brady said t a press conference on Wednesday.

Brady said he's been focusing on rest and eating a lot of garlic, which he called "old remedies." According to ESPN, the quarterback stated he expects to be "100 percent," and he's "not worried about it at all."

Brady's cold generated interesting reactions online.
