CHAPEL HILL, N.C. (WTVD) -- UNC-Chapel Hill is pushing to get another lawsuit tossed out.
The university filed a motion Thursday to dismiss the suit brought by former football player Michael McAdoo.
That suit accuses the school of failing to provide him and other athletes with a quality education by guiding them toward bogus classes.
The class action lawsuit also includes former women's basketball players Kenya McBee and Leah Metcalf and former football player James Arnold.
McAdoo played football at UNC from 2008 to 2010 but was ruled permanently ineligible in 2011 for academic violations.
