WAKE COUNTY, N.C. (WTVD) -- The North Carolina Highway Patrol is investigating after a 10-year-old boy was hit by a car Tuesday evening on Buffaloe Road.
It happened just after 6 p.m. at the intersection with Foxhall Village Road, near the Raleigh city limits.
Troopers said the boy, whose name has not been released, was taken to WakeMed with non-life-threatening injuries.
The driver was charged with driving without a license.
