An SUV crashes into a CVS pharmacy store in Fayetteville.

FAYETTEVILLE (WTVD) -- The driver of a sport utility vehicle lost control and slammed into a business Wednesday afternoon.

It happened on Owen Drive in Fayetteville.

Fayetteville police said 66-year-old Ruby Willis was pulling into a parking space when she missed the brake pedal and hit the gas, causing her 2004 Chevy Trailblazer to slam into the front of a CVS pharmacy, causing significant damage to the building.

No one was injured in the incident.

Willis was charged with failure to reduce speed as necessary to avoid a collision.
