Big rig crashes into sign over Texas road, sends it crashing to the ground

HOUSTON, Texas -- A frightening video shows the moment a big rig with its bucket raised struck a trestle over the East Loop in Houston, sending it crashing to the ground and crushing the truck.
The northbound lanes of the Texas roadway were shut down at Market Street as authorities worked to clean up the aftermath of the crash.
Video obtained by ABC11's sister station ABC13 shows another motorist attempting to warn the truck driver as the big rig approaches the trestle.
The driver's condition is not yet known.
Texas drivers were not impacted long as traffic was flowing again by late Thursday night.
