RALEIGH, N.C. (WTVD) -- DRYING OUT: Good morning! Skies have cleared, and colder air has settled over Central NC with morning temps in the mid 30s to low 40s. Today will remain breezy, with highs in the upper 60s to near 70. Temps will climb into the mid and upper 70s Saturday.
EASTER SUNDAY: The warmth will peak Sunday, with afternoon highs in the low 80s. A weak disturbance north of the region will bring increased clouds and may bring a late-afternoon sprinkle or light shower-this chance is 20%.
RAIN & STORMS NEXT WEEK: The next front will push in from the north late Tuesday and Wednesday. This will bring a chance of scattered showers and storms into Tuesday and Wednesday. Temps will remain above average Monday, with highs in the low 80s. A brief shot of chillier air and breezy conditions will follow into Wednesday and Thursday ahead of our next warm up.
