No direct impact expected for NC from Sub-Tropical Storm Alberto

Sub-Tropical Storm Alberto is not expected to directly impact North Carolina. It will make landfall near Pensacola late Sunday through early Monday.

Alberto will send a lot of tropical moisture our direction. As a result, Memorial Day will be very wet.

The rest of the week will be wet and unsettled. We could likely see a flash flood watch tomorrow or Monday.
