DURHAM (WTVD) -- We might get some light snow falling around the Triangle Sunday morning through midday, but it won't amount to any problems.

Meteorologist Liz Horton says we'll see clouds and low temperatures in the mid to upper 30s Saturday night.

On Sunday, she says low pressure will skirt the viewing area from the southeast and bring a mixed bag of weather.

It brings the possibility of some snow flurries to light snow showers from Wake County to the Virginia border. She says the Triangle will likely see a mix of rain and snow while the Sandhills will likely just see rain.

There shouldn't be any major accumulation because the ground temps are too warm.
