Gas prices a gift for drivers this holiday

ABC11 spotted some pretty favorable gas prices on the marquee of a gas station on South Saunders Street in Raleigh Wednesday.

The price is nearly 20 cents less than the statewide average - which is at $1.96.

Last year, AAA of the Carolinas reported that the average was $2.41 a gallon.
