VIDEO: California woman tosses pug during fight with boyfriend
FAIRFIELD, CA (WTVD) -- Police are looking for a woman who was caught on camera throwing a dog in Fairfield, California.
Police have identified the woman in the video as Brandi Chin. Authorities are looking for her and believe she has abused the pug before.
Witnesses say that the pug named 'Ben', was hurt after a heated argument between Chin and her boyfriend.
Police say witnesses wanted to take the pug away, but Chin stormed off with the pug before anyone could.
Michael Ramirez, of the Solano County Humane Animal Services, told local station KTXL, "We are currently looking for her at this time. She is from what I understand hiding from us. ... We are looking to file animal cruelty charges against her and have this dog removed from her because the dog doesn't deserve that."
