Apparently even Duke and North Carolina's rivalry takes a backseat when there's a chance to send a dig at Kentucky.

On Sunday night, former Duke All-American Christian Laettner congratulated North Carolina's Luke Maye, whose last-second jumper beat Kentucky to send the Tar Heels to the Final Four, and still trolled the Wildcats -- all in less than 140 characters.

"Luke my son ... May the force of the #32 be with you," Laettner wrote on Twitter, referencing the jersey number the two share.

But Laettner didn't stop there, twisting the knife in the backs of Kentucky fans by adding #uncdownsthecats #theshotlives.

It was 25 years ago this week that Laettner, wearing his No. 32 jersey, launched what many consider the best shot in NCAA tournament history, a buzzer-beating jumper that sent Duke to the 1992 Final Four and crushed Kentucky fans everywhere.
