Dale,3, loves NASCAR and wants to go fast. Likes BBQs. Dale dreams of Meeting his idol, Dale Earnhardt Jr.
Jeebs, not to be confused with the search engine AskJeeves, has the heart of a lion.
Grace, 3, is a combination of cuddles and energy. A sucker for belly rubs, Grace loves food (but who doesn't?)
Shelby, 4, is energetic and would love to be with an adventurous family. She's a gal that's always on the go!
Scout is almost 3. She's a hound mix who was voted "class clown" by her peers. A fan of toys, Scout prefers tennis balls.
Mary Jane and Nala are BFFs. They stay busy making friendship bracelets and would like to be adopted together.
Jiminy, 9, is a beagle who recently applied for his AARP card. Likes to start the morning with a power walk around the block.
Tommy is a young guy who is always on the go. His life goals consists of running, playing, and friendship.
Todd,2,is in touch with his sensitive side and doesn't mind a good cry. A gentlemen who really wants to get to know someone.
Daisy, 3, loves hugs and runs! LOTS OF RUNS! This energetic gal needs a running partner. Kids 10+ are preferred!
Coco, 4, is a mix who is a shy (at first) couch potato. Enjoys butterfly watching. Won't poop in your house (is potty trained).
Diamond, 7, is a Nakita. This low energy baller likes chilling on the bed, other pups, kids, walks and was voted "most likely to be the perfect dog" by her classmates.
Precious legit wants a family. She's chill. Basically wants to do her cat-thang.
Described as a "love bug" and "chill" by APS staff, Romeo wants to cuddle while binge watching the newest episode of Grey's Anatomy.
Apple is 3-ish. She's is shy but has the sweetest heart. The blue tick hound is full of love and wants to be in a home that will help build up her confidence.

October is Adopt a Shelter Dog month! This month at Animal Protection Society of Durham, adoption prices have been dropped. Dogs are $50; cats are $25. All animals will still be up to date with vaccinations and will be spayed/neutered.
