Pedestrian struck by vehicle in Chapel Hill

CHAPEL HILL, NC (WTVD) -- A pedestrian was struck by a vehicle Friday afternoon in Chapel Hill.

It happened at Columbia Street and McCauley Street.

The pedestrian's condition wasn't immediately known. A Chapel Hill spokesperson said the injuries did not appear life-threatening.

Orange County EMS, Chapel Hill Police and UNC Police responded to the scene.

The incident remains under investigation.
