Well-dressed crook steals scooter in Raleigh

RALEIGH (WTVD) -- Raleigh police are looking for the person they say stole someone's scooter right out of a parking garage.

This happened in a secured lot at a condo on West Street in Downtown Raleigh.

Video shows a man in khakis and a button-down shirt walked right up to the vespa scooter and rolled it away.

Later, cameras positioned at the exit capture the guy walking it out of the parking garage.

Police need assistance locating the person responsible for the scooter theft.
