Durham fire truck runs off road into dirt mound

DURHAM, N.C. (WTVD) -- Crews are on scene after a fire truck ran off the road into a mound of dirt in Durham Friday night.

The single-vehicle crash happened along Farrington Road near I-40 in Durham.

The Durham Fire Department said one firefighter sustained minor injuries in the crash. The firefighter was taken to the hospital where they were treated and released.
