GARNER, N.C. (WTVD) -- A Raleigh man was killed while riding his hybrid scooter in Garner, police said.
It happened just after 5 p.m. at Mechanical Boulevard and Hammond Road.

Authorities said a motorist struck Terry Weaver, 64, of Raleigh, while he was riding his scooter.
All lanes of travel have reopened since the crash.
