ABC11 gets sneak peek at new Wake County school

ABC11 got a first look at Wake County's newest school, Apex Friendship High School.

The sprawling campus is located on Humie Olive Road in Apex. The school will open this year with only 9th and 10th graders.

The high school has an enrollment capacity of more than 2,200 and was funded by a 2006 bond program.

Traditional calendar schools begin classes on Monday.

Money Magazine just listed Apex as the best place to live in the country.
