Raleigh Police say the charges against Justin Scranton have been dropped. Scranton was charged last February after a report he acted inappropriately with a 17-year-old girl at Cardinal Gibbons High School.
Later a police warrant stated he acted inappropriately with the girl.
Now court documents show prosecutors have dropped indecent liberties charges against Scranton after the victim's family refused to cooperate.
