Shortly after 11 p.m. January 17, the suspect approached a clerk at the Community Mart at 210 East Bragg St., acting as though he was about to make a purchase.
Instead, the suspect produced a handgun and robbed the store. He then fled on foot.
The suspect was said to stand about 6 feet tall and was described as having a dark complexion.
