Durham Police officials sent out an alert Wednesday morning after one-year-old Zamiyah Clemons was taken from her home Tuesday night. Police say the child's mother, April Clemons, 21, didn't have custody of the child and feared the child was in danger.
Shortly after the alert on Wednesday morning, police found April and Zamiyah Clemons.
April Clemons is being questioned by investigators. No charges have been announced.
Zamiyah Clemons is unharmed.
