Police say Mark Bowling and his mistress, Rose Vincent planned and carried out the murder of his wife, Julie Bowling in December 2006. Julie Bowling was found shot to death in the garage of her home.
Rose Vincent pleaded guilty earlier this year to the shooting death. She also pleaded guilty to conspiring with Bowling in the murder.
Mark Bowling, 38, is facing first degree murder charges.
Vincent, 29, is expected to testify during his trial.
