Attorneys for the players cleared in the Duke Lacrosse case are fighting to keep their lawsuit going. In court documents filed in federal court the attorneys for David Evans, Collin Finnerty and Reade Seligmann have asked a judge not to dismiss the lawsuit.

Most of the defendant's names in the civil case say they should receive immunity because they were just doing their jobs.

The legal team for the players disagrees saying the law doesn't protect them from violating the clients' constitutional rights during the Duke Lacrosse rape scandal.
