Baker was last seen wearing a plaid shirt with blue pants and a gray coat. He also was wearing a baseball cap.
Baker has a small, brown, long haired dog with him.
He was last seen leaving Kirkwood Retirement Center. He is likely to be driving his 2001 gold Buick Century with NC license plate number RWN7251.
