It has been an excruciating three weeks for the family of /*Ira Yarmolenko*/.
Police found the young woman's body along the banks of the Catawba River in Mount Holly on May 5. Now family members are handing out flyers asking for help.
They say it's been a difficult few weeks, but they do have hope.
Loved ones believe someone out there knows something and will come forward.
"But it doesn't mean that it's easier for us. Nothing gets easier for the family," Mother, Yelena Yarmolenko said.
"I think it would be a disgrace to her not to be hopeful that people can make a positive [in there] and that we can move forward from this," Cousin, Natalia Deyneka said.
Police will say little about the investigation, but they do say there are a few leads.
