RALEIGH --
A Raleigh man accused of rape and kidnapping is behind bars.Police say 22-year-old Casiano Aparicio-Juarez raped the victim in front of her two boys then locked the family in a room and kept them there for three days.
He's being held under a $275,000 bond.
