Investigators say the two men had been drinking at Fotta's home at around 10:30 Saturday night when an argument broke out. McRoberts allegedly shot Fotta with a handgun he had tucked into the waistband of his pants and fled the scene.
Detectives later arrested McRoberts and charged him with first degree murder. He is being held in the Cumberland County Detention Center without bond. A first court appearance for McRoberts is scheduled for Monday.
