Sheriff's Department officials tell Eyewitness News that an 18-year-old unidentified man was accidentally struck by a train.
The accident happened behind the Food Lion warehouse on Arrowhead Road.
Officials say foul play is not suspected at this time. The teenagers name has not been released, though his immediate family has been notified.
Officers with the Sheriff's Department are giving the family time to contact relatives in advance of releasing the victim's name.
