Child porn charges against Cisco employee dropped

Charges were dropped against a Cisco employee and karate instructor who allegedly had child porn on his work computer.

Wake Assistant D.A. Melanie Shekita said, "The images are child erotica. They don't necessarily meet the level of child pornography."

However, other forms of media related to Everson's case are being analyzed.

Charges were originally filed against him in April after workers in Cisco's IT department discovered questionable images on Everson's computer and called police.
