Unbeknownst to England, he was communicating with a Sheriff's Detective posing as a child via a computer messaging system.
England was arrested without incident at the pre-arranged meeting place. He is charged with soliciting a child by computer.
He was taken to the Cumberland County Detention Center and later released under a $5,000 unsecured bond.
England made his first court appearance Wednesday in the Detention Center Courtroom.
