Authorities have never labeled Jason Young a suspect, but this is not the first time they've asked to search his computer records.
"Upon review of the investigation thus far, and due to his lack of cooperation, Jason Young's participation in his wife's murder cannot be ruled out," said the lead investigator in the warrant filed Wednesday.
Just this week, Young missed the deadline for answering a civil lawsuit that accuses him of killing her. Legal experts say the failure to respond means the court may be able to consider the allegations in that suit as fact.
Young's mother-in-law believes he killed her pregnant daughter Michelle. And when he missed the deadline for responding to Linda Fisher's lawsuit, Fisher's attorneys say he convicted himself.
But by not responding to the civil suit, Young also avoided having to answer any questions under oath.
