The clubhouse at Fantasy Lake Water Park in Hope Mills burned to the ground Thursday morning.
Marjorie Turner and her husband bought the property two years ago. The couple does all of the maintenance and repairs themselves and do not have insurance.
Authorities are trying to determine if the fire was deliberately set.
