The N.C. Sex Offender and Public Protection Registry shows Moore was convicted in 2002 in Cumberland County of indecent liberties with a minor.
He is being held at the Wake County Jail in lieu of $500,000 bail.
Registered sex offender charged with rape
RALEIGH According to arrest warrants, 39-year-old Theodore Moore of Raleigh was arrested Monday. He is charged with second-degree rape and several other felony sex charges.
