Investigators want to question her boyfriend, 32-year-old Keith Devon Manuel of Fayetteville. He was last seen Tuesday at the home he shares with his grandparents.
Authorities say Manuel knows who killed Morgan so they need to talk to him. He is a black male, 5'11" and weighs about 175 pounds. He has black hair, brown eyes and a scar on his forehead.
Manuel has a past history of domestic violence and detectives consider him armed and dangerous. If anyone knows where he is, they should contact the Cumberland County Sheriff's Office at (910) 323-1500.
