When police arrived, the victim was lying in the front yard of 907 Rome Ave.
Jessica Darnell George, 19, was taken to the hospital where she died.
Neighbors who were awakened by the noise from the fight told Eyewitness News they were shocked to learn what happened.
"[It's a] really nice neighborhood, peaceful, friendly, sad it happened so close to my home," neighbor Annie Lugar said.
Police have not arrested a suspect and no charges have been filed.
