Soldiers charged with marriage fraud

FORT BRAGG According to the Fayetteville Observer, the four were indicted on marriage fraud charges in July, along with two brothers accused of arranging marriages for fees.

Wesley Farris is the soldier and Stephen Schneider is the former soldier.

The documents say they married the women in 2005 and that the Army Criminal Investigations Division alerted federal agents last year.
