According to warrants, Boozer kidnapped, robbed and assaulted 16-year-old Clifton Batts on Sept. 15.
Boozer allegedly took money from Batts and threatened him with a bicycle.
The warrants also said Batts was moved from one place to another and seriously injured.
Boozer is charged with robbery with a dangerous weapon, first degree kidnapping and attempted murder. He is being held under a $2 million bond.
Boozer is due in court on Monday morning.
