Three arrested in high speed chase

RALEIGH The chase started near the Angus Barn in Raleigh when officials said an officer tried to pull over a driver and they wouldn't stop.

It all came to an end on Owen Street in Durham off of Angier Avenue. No one was injured in the chase, but three people were arrested.

The driver, 41-year-old Timothy Douglas Overby was charged with careless and reckless driving, speeding to elude arrest, speeding, driving while license revoked and littering. He is being held on a $14,500 bond.

Thirty-two-year-old Dimeena Velez Hartman was charged with carrying a concealed weapon and placed under a $2,000 bond.

The second passenger, 22-year-old William Xavier Foushee was charged with possession of marijuana and was given a $1,000 bond.
